BookMyShow is India's biggest online movie and events ticketing brand. The website caters to ticket sales for movies, plays, concerts and sporting events via the online platform.

- A 16-digit gift card code will be provided to the recipient's email ID post successful purchase. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the correct email ID is provided so that the gift card reaches the intended recipient.
- The code needs to be activated by sending SMS
- E.g., if the 16-digit code is 1234432198981234 then send sms ACTGV 1234432198981234 to 9239895050
- Once activated, gift cards can be redeemed by entering the 16-digit code in the payment section under the “Gift Voucher” tab on www.bookmyshow.com or Book My Show mobile app.
- The validity of the gift card is six months from the date of activation. No request for extension of validity will be entertained and the remaining balance if any, will lapse after the expiry date.
- Within the validity period, the code can be used multiple times till its balance is exhausted. Multiple gift cards (up to 5) can be used in a single transaction. If the balance in the gift card is lower than the transaction value, the balance can be paid using other payment methods. Gift card balance cannot be used to purchase another gift card or to top-up MyWallet.
